please help me

first of all im sorry but it has to be in english because my windows is messed up 🙁 i'm planning to get out of the army with 21, didn't tell it to my parents yet or anything, so basicly i need to know how am i getting a kaban. a friend told me you just ask for it in the modi'in, and they give you a form to fill, and you get it after 48 hours, but another friend told me it's much harder then that. what's the exact process?

התהליך כדי לראות קבן תלוי בשאלה אם אתה כבר בצבא או לא. לפי מה שאתה כותב
אני משער שלא. אם ככה התהליך הוא לפנות למרכז הגיוס ולבקש לראות קבן, יש
סיכוי טוב שהם ידרשו ממך להציג חווד של פסיכי אזרחי, אז תלך ותשיג אחת כזו
ותוך כמה זמן (לא 48 שעות בטוח, זה שמור למקרים דחופים של חיילים, לא
לאזרחים לפני גיוס) יארגנו לך פגישה עם קבן. אם אתה כבר בצבא אתה פשוט
ניגש למסדר חולים ומבקש לראות קבן.

im not in the army yet… my parents doesn't support me at all in this, so getting such a thing will be hard… btw i've already had a kaban once, i didn't even ask for it, after my first tz'av, does that matter?
